LOST BUT FOUND
For some reason I had a hard time finding time to update my blog. But WOW January that's a little to long to let my blog go. I had a friend tell me it was really time. However so much has happened since January I couldn't see posting for seven months of missed events. I started with one of my biggest accomplishment and will go from there.
WHO WHOULD HAVE THOUGHT!!!!!
Well One day at work I decided I wanted to do something different, something I would never think I would do so I told my friend Becky, "Lets do the Wasatch Back Ragnar Relay." Yes many would have and did think we were crazy. We started getting our team together and started training and before you knew it it was here. I was scared and anxious for what was ahead. I was not and never had been a runner I HATED TO RUN. This was the best experience mentally and physical. I signed up to do it again next year. Thanks to all who participated and for all the support.
Waiting to Start My First Leg & A Tribute to My Husband
Eric was so amazing during this run. He was our driver, but not only did he drive the car,make sure we had water, and make sure we were all ready for our next runs. He was the best supporter to the group. He kept us laughing and when we thought why the HELL did we do this, he kept our spirits up. Thanks Eric for all your support and helping me accomplish this.
My Night Run
This was my second leg I ran to East canyon it was about midnight and it was a 8 mile run. I was tired!!
